Service Agreement
By booking any service with UAE Building Services ("the Company"), you agree to these terms. Services are provided by UAE Building Services, headquartered in Deira, Dubai, UAE, phone +971 56 112 3894.
Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quoted prices are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary if on-site assessment reveals additional complexity. Clients will be informed of any variation before work commences.
Booking & Scheduling
Service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking. Same-day services are subject to team availability. Emergency call-outs are prioritised and may carry an additional surcharge as stated in individual service pricing. The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to operational circumstances with reasonable notice.
Payment Terms
Standard service payments are due upon job completion. AMC contracts are payable quarterly or annually in advance as agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and cheque (for businesses). Overdue payments on AMC contracts may result in service suspension.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of AED 50–100 depending on service type. Emergency call-outs cannot be cancelled once a team is dispatched.
Service Guarantee & Warranty
Pest control treatments include a 14-day follow-up visit at no additional charge if pests reappear in treated areas. AC maintenance services are guaranteed for 30 days for workmanship issues. Material and parts warranties follow manufacturer guidelines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe, clear access to service areas. Valuables should be secured prior to cleaning services. Accurate property information must be provided for accurate quotations. Failure to provide reasonable access may result in a visit charge.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing property defects, damage resulting from client instructions, or force majeure events. All service vehicles and teams hold public liability insurance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
